Waiting for Disney College Program Response!

I just apply to the Disney College Program Fall 2013 on March 19, 2013. This is going to be my third time applying for this program. ( I HAVE NEVER GOTTEN IN!) I am now waiting for a response back. This is kind of hard for me because I tend to wait and see what happens. That means I forget/push away homework (which I don't recommend) and I am glue to my cell phone 24/7.

You want to know what is the Disney College Program! Just click right here...

The application is online. I recommend to read it very slow and understand what you are getting yourself into.

Then come the web base interview. (I did this the same day I apply)  This has a time limit to see your feelings to different things. BASICALLY, a personality test....

AFTER, the PhOnE iNtErViEw (Mine was on 3/20/13) ..... I recommend study your response before you actually do the interview. Write down your answers and have them ready for the interview. The interview will be in EASTERN Standard time so, be careful about picking your times. This is a hit and miss to getting into the program. Here are a few questions that might asked in the phone interview....

1)      Why do you choose this program?
2)      What contributes can you make as a fellow cast member?
3)      Give me a scenario on an emergency situation, that you remain calm?
4)      Do you mind having a repetitive job?
5)      Describe your previous work experience.
6)      If you are talking to somebody and get interrupted! What would you do?
7)      If you pick only four jobs; they will asked you more to choose more!
8) Do you mind working outdoors?
9) Do you like a slow, mild or a fast pace environment?

Make it relate to your major! Smile during the interview! Dress up if you have to! Tell some jokes to the person who is interviewing you. REMEMBER, the interviewer name also.
