After a very early mass (7am) I decided to visit a friend in the hospital in the medical center near downtown Houston. Trying to find Parking at Methodist Hospital Dunn Tower was kind of hard. He was fine and ready to get out of the hospital.
Anyways, I needed to do some homework for spring break field trips so, I decided to go to the Fine Arts Museum Because I NEVER been. (Even back in grade school, when my grade went to this museum... I couldn't go) Students get in FrEe and while I was at the front desk getting my purple sticker... One of the workers gave me a King Tut ticket($30) with audio guild ($7) free of charge. So, Totally for the museum entrance fee AND special exhibit is $47. Lunch was inside the museum Cafe Express, I order a kids burger with cheddar cheese & bacon, fries plus kiddy drink for $8. That was not including the veges that WERE SUPPOSE to be inside the burger! Overall, It was very high price and was worth the free items. I really enjoy myself! In the long run, If you want to visit the museums in Houston,Texas get a Houston CityPass because it is worth your money AND saves you tons of Bling Bling.....

Authors @ Blue Willow Bookshop
Today, I traveled to Blue Willow Book Shop in Memorial Road/Dairy Ashford Road for the four authors that came today. It was jam pack inside this tiny book shop. I have amazing pictures... This is from the Blue Willow Book shop website! www.bluewillowbookshop.com
We are thrilled to host one of the stops on the Winter 2012 Dark Days tour! Four amazing YA authors will appear at one venue, talking about their books and anything else.
Authors:
• Cynthia Hand: HALLOWED
• Courtney Allison Moulton: WINGS OF THE WICKED
• Jodi Meadows: INCARNATE
• Brodi Ashton: EVERNEATH
Addition to my excitement, There are going to be another four authors at Blue Willow Bookshop in Memorial Road/Dairy Ashford Road. You can come and pick the brains out of your favorite authors writing styles or just ask random questions. There might be give away at the event... Come early to get some great parking spot to see these authors.
I will be there to take some pictures and get some autographs... So, If you want to meet authors and see how they write there books. Come out and enjoy a night of author adventurers at Blue Willow Book Shop.
ALSO, In April grab your pens and paper because It is going to be ONE CRAZY MONTH with So MANY Authors coming... Updates are to come so hold your horses!
